The Joffe Charitable Trust
The Joffe Charitable Trust (set up by Joel and Vanetta Joffe in 1968) supports development in the developing world, primarily in anglophone sub Saharan Africa.
The Trustees recognise that there is much need and significant poverty in the United Kingdom but they believe that there is even greater need in the developing world, and because of that and in order to be effective it is necessary to focus narrowly.
From time to time, the trustees will review the Trust's funding policy. Any changes will be posted on this website. The most recent changes were made in 2015.
